The 90-day process

Idea on day 1. Live on day 90.

Four phases, one fixed plan. Here's exactly what happens between kickoff and launch, and what you walk away with at every step.

01 Discovery phase

Phase 1 · Days 1–14

Discovery

We dig into the problem, the people who have it and the business behind it. Workshops, competitor teardown, user interviews where they help, and a hard look at what success means on day 90.

  • Kickoff and product strategy workshops
  • Target user and core job-to-be-done defined
  • Competitive and market landscape review
  • Riskiest assumptions identified and ranked
  • Success metrics for launch agreed

You walk away withA shared, written definition of the problem, the user and what a win looks like.

02 MVP specification phase

Phase 2 · Days 15–28

MVP specification

This is where most MVPs succeed or fail. We turn the big idea into a tight, buildable scope that fits in the remaining 62 days. Every feature earns its place or goes on the post-launch list.

  • Prioritized feature list with a clear in/out line
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • User flows and clickable wireframes
  • Technical architecture and hosting plan
  • Sprint-by-sprint build plan to day 90

You walk away withA signed-off MVP spec you could hand to any team, and a build plan we're committed to.

03 Design & build phase

Phase 3 · Days 29–77

Design & build

Senior designers and engineers build your product in short sprints. You see working software every week, not a status deck, and you can steer while there's still time to steer.

  • UI design and a lightweight design system
  • Web and/or mobile app development
  • Accounts, data model, APIs and integrations
  • Weekly demos on a live staging environment
  • Continuous scope check against the day-90 line

You walk away withA working, feature-complete MVP running on staging.

04 Test & launch phase

Phase 4 · Days 78–90

Test & launch

We harden it, test it and ship it. Your MVP goes live on a modern cloud platform like Railway or Vercel, with a domain, monitoring and a clean handoff.

  • QA across devices and browsers
  • Performance, security and accessibility pass
  • Production deployment to Railway, Vercel or similar
  • Analytics so you can learn from real users
  • Code and server handoff, plus a post-launch list

You walk away withA live product in front of real users, and a plan for what comes next.

How we keep the date

The rules that make 90 days work.

The date is fixed. Scope flexes.

When something new comes up, it gets weighed against the launch line. Swap it in, or add it to the post-launch roadmap. Day 90 doesn't move.

Working software, every week.

Weekly demos on a live staging site. You see real progress and give feedback while it's still cheap to change course.

One small senior team.

The people in the discovery workshop are the people building your product. No hand-offs to a team you've never met.

Day 1 starts when you're ready

Start now. Be live by January.

Tell us what you're building. We'll come back with an honest answer on fit, scope and next steps, usually within one business day.
